With one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry – 97% – ImageFIRST is dedicated to improving patient satisfaction and making staff happy with our white glove service! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Check out our company page: https://www.imagefirst.com/company/</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Due to tremendous growth throughout the company, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician with critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to join our team!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay: $35.00/hour - $37.00/hour (Paid weekly)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Mon-Fri 3pm-11:30pm</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery in the Healthcare Laundry Industry.</li>\n <li>Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery (high volume washing machines/dryers, irons, folding equipment)</li>\n <li>Write, maintain, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)</li>\n <li>Complete daily reports via FMX</li>\n <li>Interface with HMI’s, access/read PLC programs and program as PLC’s as required </li>\n <li>Communicate with Production Associates and Management</li>\n <li>Compliant with all ImageFIRST safety guidelines</li>\n <li>Team Player that can work effectively with maintenance team and production associates </li>\n <li>Perform duties in a high-volume facility while maintaining professional approach in an environment that is reflective of processes that include industrial washers/dryers/irons </li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas:\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Electrical/PLC systems – ability to diagnose/troubleshoot problems and implement solutions (primary skill)</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>Mechanical systems - ability to diagnose/troubleshoot problems and implement solutions (primary skill)</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>Facilities – including HVAC, plumbing, etc.</strong></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics</li>\n <li>Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience (minimum of 3 years) in electrical/mechanical systems </li>\n <li>Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required</li>\n <li>Regular, consistent attendance of scheduled shifts is required</li>\n <li>Behaviors valued by ImageFIRST:  safe working practices, respectful and truthful, innovation, willingness to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds</li>\n <li>Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots</li>\n <li>Ability to work in an environment reflective of seasonal changes (i.e. warm in summer months) </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Values & Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Competencies:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be Respectful: Value all we come in contact with</li>\n <li>Be Remarkable: Create a positive moment with every interaction</li>\n <li>Be Safe: Keep ourselves and those around us safe</li>\n <li>Be Honest: Be guided by truthfulness in all we do  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekly pay</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision </li>\n <li>Pet, Legal, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance </li>\n <li>401k (match)</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off Package</li>\n <li>Paid Parental Leave</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement </li>\n <li>Referral Program</li>\n <li>Great company culture</li>\n <li>Collaborative team environment </li>\n</ul>\n<p>EOE / Drug-Free Workplace </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
