      "content": "\n<li>Review and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, layouts, and weld symbols.</li>\n<li>Measure, mark, cut, and assemble structural steel materials according to specifications.</li>\n<li>Fit structural components such as beams, columns, stair systems, handrails, and other fabricated metal products.</li>\n<li>Prepare assemblies for welding by performing proper fit-up and tack welding.</li>\n<li>Operate fabrication equipment including band saws, ironworkers, magnetic drills, grinders, plasma cutters, oxy-fuel torches, and similar shop tools.</li>\n<li>Inspect measurements, alignment, and overall fit to ensure quality standards are met.</li>\n<li>Safely move materials using overhead cranes, rigging equipment, and other handling devices.</li>\n<li>Maintain an organized and safety-focused work area while meeting production goals.</li>\n"
