To qualify, candidates must have prior construction inspection experience on NYCDDC and/or NYSTA projects and possess NICET II, III or IV Certification in Transportation/Highway and Bridge Construction or equivalent; DDC Water Main Training, NJSAT, ACI and Rutgers TCC certifications and knowledge of SiteManager are preferred. Certain positions are also eligible to receive overtime pay, whereas all non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime (subject to approval).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition, a host of discounted purchase programs are available to all employees.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Construction office and project administration</li>\n <li>Document management and electronic processing of field reports, technical data, Pre-Activity meetings, and materials test reports.</li>\n <li>Daily document control and management of contract documents</li>\n <li>Prepare meeting agendas and minutes for distribution</li>\n <li>Prepare and process RFI’s, submittals, progress pay applications, extra work billings, and contract change orders</li>\n <li>Support CM project managers with coordination and scheduling of field activities.</li>\n <li>Copy, edit, and proofread proposals</li>\n <li>Develop marketing materials, proposal content, and qualification packages; create presentations for CM pursuit interviews</li>\n <li>Assist with processing CM group invoicing</li>\n <li>May coach and/or guide a subordinate group.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Skills & Required Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>6+ years prior construction inspection experience on NYCDDC or NYSTA projects.</li>\n <li>NICET II, III or IV Certification in Transportation/Highway and Bridge Construction or equivalent preferred.</li>\n <li>OSHA 10 hour certification</li>\n <li>NJSAT, DDC Water Main Training, ACI and Rutgers TCC certifications and knowledge of SiteManager preferred.</li>\n <li>Additional requirements include excellent communications skills, ability to read and interpret plans and specifications, and ability to perform complex quantity and engineering computations.</li>\n <li>Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and terrains.</li>\n <li>Ability to repetitively stoop, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 25 lbs; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes, in addition to ability to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Don’t meet every single requirement?
