font-size: 12pt\">esponsible for the setup and control of the racecourse and exclusion zone boundary, including positioning and verifying all boundary markers in line with race management requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication Lead</span> -<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This role is a critical part of the on-water rescue team, responsible for managing clear and effective communication between the assigned rescue asset, Race HQ (Tiny), and Event Control.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Markset Junior</span> - <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A Markset Junior is responsible for supporting the build, preparation, deployment, and recovery of race marks and associated equipment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Chase Junior</span> - <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Chase Team Junior supports the On-Water Operations team by assisting with the setup and pack-down of chase boats, ensuring vessels are clean, fuelled, and operationally ready, and helping manage equipment preparation and stowage. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Dock Assistant/Communication Lead </span>-<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Dock Assistant / Comms Lead 3 is a dual-role position supporting both dockside and on-water operations, responsible for the preparation and setup of the dock and associated equipment, working closely with the Fleet Ops Assistant during setup and pack down, supporting flubber operations, and managing “touch-and-go” dock activity outside of sailing hours to ensure safe and efficient vessel movements.
