JOB SPECIFICATION – INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Reports to: Manager, Finance and Sales Operations
Classification: Exempt, Full-Time
Location: San Jose, CA or surrounding area

RMX Holdco, Inc. and Subsidiaries (AKA “RhythMedix” or the “Company”) is a rapidly growing provider of remote cardiac monitoring services. The Company focuses on improving patient care through the use of patient-friendly devices and mobile communications to diagnose and treat heart disease faster.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Representative provides direct support in the ongoing development of existing and prospective clients to ensure the Sales Department can meet its growth targets. Develop new client relationships and provide ongoing service support for clients. Help manage and maintain client accounts from initial communications through client onboarding and periodic support to ensure client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contact prospective clients by phone, email virtual meetings to promote and sell RhythmStar® to new customers. Conduct high-volume cold calling to hospitals, clinics, private practices, and other healthcare providers to generate new leads and set appointments Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and prospecting. Understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition of our products effectively Qualify inbound and outbound leads through effective questioning and needs assessment Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in HubSpot CRM software. Contact existing clients by phone and/or email to expand current service line utilization as well as explore unused, potentially complimentary service lines. Assist clients in exploring patient monitoring technologies and related services based on the clients’ needs and objectives. Use call scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques to convert prospects into qualified opportunities. Follow up with clients to make sure they are satisfied with their RhythmStar® monitoring technologies and related monitoring services. Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to align campaigns, promotions, and account strategies. Become a company expert and resource on both RhythMedix and competitive offerings. Lead and/or assist with remote sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients. Prepare proposals, quotes and agreements to prospective and existing clients as required.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPENTENCIES:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university 0-2 years of customer service, retail, telemarketing, or sales experience Strong communication Strong Interpersonal Skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven This Inside Sales position is located in San Jose, CA or in the surrounding area.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare IT products Background in B2B or B2C healthcare sales
