    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong><br>\n • Develop, manage, and implement the work of our teams, dedicated to deploying our products for the Oil and Gas industry. This includes managing existing implementations and conducting internal R&amp;D initiatives.<br>\n • Apply analytical skills to resolve customers’ requests/issues.<br>\n • Commit to quality, self-improvement, and team-oriented development.<br>\n • Review technical build specifications.<br>\n • Participate in functional, regression, and performance testing.<br>\n • Triage and track issues.<br>\n • Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to understand project technologies, systems, and processes.<br>\n • Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and achieve high customer happiness.<br>\n • Document client operational procedures and needs.<br>\n • Make recommendations to improve and support business activities.<br>\n • Provide technical support to various client groups.<br>\n • Assist in the planning and development of business processes and systems.<br>\n • Exhibit outstanding collaboration and problem-solving skills.<br>\n • Exhibit excellent organizational, judgment, communication, and decision-making skills.<br>\n • Write user documentation as needed.<br>\n • Coordinate and conduct client training sessions (both formal and informal).<br>\n • Provide post-go-live support.</p>\n<p><br><strong>Who You Are:</strong><br>\n You are proactive in facing challenges and seizing new opportunities. You have a proven track record of exceeding goals successfully and push yourself and others to achieve results.</p>\n<p><br><strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong><br>\n • Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience in software development.<br>\n • BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or technical equivalent.<br>\n • Knowledge of internet-based systems, including experience developing web-based applications.<br>\n • 5+ years working with C# development, in addition to a minimum of 1 year involving ASP.NET. Familiarity with Windows Services, WCF services, or WEB API would be advantageous.<br>\n • Familiarity with the Microsoft .NET Framework. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/JSON, and/or other programming languages and tools. Exposure to MVC, WPF, Entity Framework, JavaScript Frameworks, Java/J2EE, or log4net is advantageous.<br>\n • Development and orchestration experience in SQL Server 2012 or later. Understanding of TSQL, composing stored procedures, and optimizing database performance. Experience with Oracle and/or other relational database management systems, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB, is a plus.<br>\n • Familiarity with managing and setting up Windows Internet Information Services (IIS). Previous exposure to Windows MSMQ, Active Directory / ADAM / ADLDS / LDAP is beneficial.<br>\n • Experience with Business Intelligence and report designing tools such as Crystal Reports and/or Microsoft SSRS.<br>\n • Experience developing custom interfaces between software solutions using Web API / Web Services, Microsoft SSIS, OLEDB, XML, PIDEX, CSV, or Excel.
