We are building <strong>over $30M projects up to $300M across all sectors.</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>In this position you will lead a team responsible for numerous construction management related tasks including, project execution, financial management while achieving financial control and profit goals for each project</p></li>\n <li>Take an active role in and guide projects and project teams in each phase including pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction services Identify and focus on critical issues related to constructability including associated costs and logistical issues </li>\n <li>Ensure timely and accurate completion of all Shawmut financial processes, controls, and reports, i.e., internal budgets, costs to complete, billings, collections, subcontractor payments, change order preparation and resolution, contracts, etc. </li>\n <li>Develop, nurture, and maintain ongoing client, architect, subcontractor and industry (landlords, brokers, etc) relationships at the appropriate level reinforcing Shawmut's dedication to continuously addressing their needs and interests.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>10–15 years of construction/project management experience, with at least 5+ years in life sciences (biotech, pharma, medical device, or lab facilities).</p></li>\n <li><p>Proven track record managing ground-up, tenant improvement, and renovation projects in occupied or mission-critical life science environments.</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience delivering MEP-intensive projects (labs, cleanrooms, GMP manufacturing, vivariums, pilot plants, R&D facilities).</p></li>\n <li><p>Demonstrated success managing large $50M+ complex projects </p></li>\n <li><p>Deep knowledge of MEPs a plus </p></li>\n <li><p>Extensive experience maintaining project budgets and schedules </p></li>\n <li><p>Direct responsibility of leading and developing staff </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO Information</h2>\n<p>Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction, now and in the future. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shawmut prohibits discrimination against any staff member or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, genetic information, disability, creed, citizenship status, or any other legally protected characteristic.</p>\n<h2>Salary Range Information</h2>\n<p><strong>Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $145,000 - $190,000 </strong>The range stated is specific to Los Angeles.
