(<a href=\"https://in.linkedin.com/company/photon-interactive\" target=\"_blank\"><u>LinkedIn)</u></a><br/>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>2nd JD- Product Owner</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Primary Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Agile practitioner, Certification</li>\n <li>Product management skills, product backlog grooming</li>\n <li>Experience in 2 or more business domains, preferably Banking and mobility</li>\n <li>Fintech product development first-hand experience</li>\n <li>Job Description</li>\n <li>Have proven track record for 5-7 years as a product Owner/manager</li>\n <li>Should have experience working with teams located in different time zones including PST, EST, IST, and GMT+13</li>\n <li>Should be able to participate in UAT, BUAT and Post-production bug verification along with dev and QA team.</li>\n <li>Work alongside project managers and program managers to define and refine the product backlog as per the client preferences.</li>\n <li>Should be able to document the technical requirements as feature/sub-feature and EPIC and give detailed walkthrough to dev team for the implementation purpose.</li>\n <li>Create business case, project goal and analysis for new product development.</li>\n <li>Ideate &amp; gather requirements from key stakeholders for various New Digital Product Development, including enhancement of the existing digital products, &amp; create detailed Product Road map.</li>\n <li>Create, maintain and monitor product management processes to ensure excellence in execution during product development.</li>\n <li>Drive Product development / projects from inception to completion, identifying and managing risks, while navigating hurdles and resolving issues in real time to successfully complete projects on time with minimal resources.</li>\n <li>Continually evolve the project management process to ensure optimal efficiency and timeliness.</li>\n <li>Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with the engineering teams/ external partners by defining joint roadmaps and managing multiple product development workflows simultaneously.</li>\n <li>Post launch, Drive the product adoption, along with the business development team, to ensure budgeted revenues are met.</li>\n <li>Continuously work on the enhancement of the digital products to be ahead of the market.</li>\n <li>Should be able to work with PM/DMs to create and manage daily and weekly status reports</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have good understanding of core banking and open banking concepts.</li>\n <li>Have experience in work with diverse team and delivering with tight deadlines.</li>\n <li>Should have good communication skills and technical skills to understand.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of project management tools like OmniGraffle, Flowchart Maker &amp; Online Diagram Softwares.</li>\n <li>Capability to understand the new or existing system and business process.</li>\n <li>Standardise the requirements gathered across the teams and conceptualise application workflow.</li>\n <li>Participate in project planning, execution, and tracking.</li>\n <li>Research and come up with solutions for the business problems in co-ordination with other teams.</li>\n <li>Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000<br/>Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000<br/>Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
