    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <div>\n  Definition&nbsp;\n </div>\n <div>\n  The employee is responsible for providing screenings, assessments, and therapeutic interventions for all educationally relevant communication disorders within the school environment in compliance with all federal, state, and local guidelines.&nbsp; This individual provides support for teachers, administrators, and parents and develops or suggests materials to aid in school/home efforts in meeting the needs of exceptional children. Light Work usually requires walking or standing to a significant degree. However, if the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for Sedentary Work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for Light Work.&nbsp;\n </div>\n <div>\n  •<span> </span>Requires the ability to talk and to hear: (Talking: expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken words.
