      "content": "\n<li>Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related service calls.</li>\n<li>Repair pipes, tanks and water fixtures as needed.</li>\n<li>Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems.</li>\n<li>Testing systems for leaks and other problems.</li>\n<li>Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.</li>\n<li>Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.</li>\n<li>Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.</li>\n<li>Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.</li>\n<li>Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.</li>\n<li>Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Residential Service Plumbers with 3+ years of residential service experience</li>\n<li>Master or Journeyman License preferred.</li>\n<li>Backflow License preferred.</li>\n<li>Excellent Customer Service skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to diagnose, repair and replace.</li>\n<li>Great communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to take care of customers Plumbing needs.</li>\n<li>Desire to learn and grow in your profession.</li>\n<li>Motivated to drive your own income through uncapped commissions.</li>\n<li>Ability to pass pre-employment requirements.</li>\n<li>Clear driving record with valid driver's license.</li>\n<li>Be a part of a dynamic and growing organization where your skills and dedication will make a significant impact.</li>\n"
