Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work proactively with shuttlers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply</li>\n <li>Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot</li>\n <li>Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable</li>\n <li>Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits</li>\n <li>Communicate customer service issues to management</li>\n <li>Ensure that hangtag information is completed correctly</li>\n <li>Maintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements</li>\n <li>Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness</li>\n <li>Thank member for their business</li>\n <li>Provide upgraded vehicles on request</li>\n <li>Perform other customer service related duties as determined by management to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year experience handling customer service functions.</li>\n <li>A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license</li>\n <li>Must have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related convictions (DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years</li>\n <li>Must be willing and able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English</li>\n <li>Must be willing to work at the Orlando Airport (zip code 32827)</li>\n <li>Must be willing to accept the starting pay of $15.00/hour ($15.50/hour after 4pm)</li>\n <li>Apart from religious observation, interested candidates must be willing to work a flexible full-time (40 hour/week) EVENING shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, with days off on weekdays.</li>\n</ul>",
