This position is responsible for ensuring that production goals are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The supervisor will coordinate and manage a team of fabricators, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues. They will also collaborate closely with other departments such as engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance to ensure seamless production processes.
