All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.</p>\n<h2>Duties, Responsibilities & Other</h2>\n<p>KCI Technologies is seeking an experienced Site/Civil Engineer or Landscape Architect with experience in land development engineering design, regulatory/permitting process, and project management to join our team in Mechanicsburg, PA.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for managing a team of engineers, landscape architects, and designers to develop civil engineering designs for both public and private sector clients, including commercial, mixed-use retail, industrial, energy, and more.</li>\n <li>Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from the preliminary design visit and conceptual plans to zoning/planning coordination, permit documentation, and construction level design plans.</li>\n <li>Partner with the Practice Leader to expand our workload by building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients.</li>\n <li>Other responsibilities include preparing project reports and submittals, completing site visits as necessary, and working with the Project Assistant on project setup, billing, and closeout</li>\n <li>Responsible for creating accurate fee proposals, overseeing the project team, and ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budge</li>\n <li>As a mentor and trainer, you will also be responsible for training and guiding staff to ensure project success.</li>\n <li>Performing fieldwork to gather existing conditions information and perform construction inspections as required</li>\n <li>PE or RLA required </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Skills Required:</strong> • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 4 years of related professional experience, or 8 years of equivalent professional experience.• Participation in continuing education and professional development programs.• Proven experience in project management roles, with a track record of successful project delivery.• Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and motivate project teams.• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.• Deep technical knowledge in the specific field of the project.• Expertise in project management software and tools, with the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation.• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to project management, quality assurance, and safety protocols.• Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.• Strong negotiation skills to manage multiple contracts, scope changes, and stakeholder agreements effectively. • Strong comprehension of accounting principles to effectively manage project budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation.</p>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Work Experience Preferred:</strong> • Master’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry)</p>\n<p><strong>Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:</strong>• Ability to complete the KCI PM Training and Contract Risk Training along with passing the PM Board within 6 months of start date.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.</li>\n</ul>",
