Trissential is hiring a Sr <strong>Data Architect</strong> to join our client’s team and play a critical role in Customer Information Systems (CIS) modernization, Customer 360 initiatives, and enterprise‑wide data and AI programs.</p>\n<p>In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of architecture, governance, and innovation—shaping how customer data flows across the enterprise and enabling analytics, AI, and real‑time insights at scale.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s in It for You?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Architect at Scale</strong> – Design customer‑centric data products that power enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives</li>\n <li><strong>Modern Technology Stack</strong> – Work with Databricks Lakehouse on AWS, Salesforce, Aurora, and hybrid cloud platforms</li>\n <li><strong>Strategic Impact</strong> – Define system‑of‑record and system‑of‑truth standards used across the enterprise</li>\n <li><strong>Ownership & Influence</strong> – Set architectural and governance standards that guide engineering teams</li>\n <li><strong>Meaningful Collaboration</strong> – Partner with solution architects, database engineers, and business stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your Role & Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and own <strong>customer domain data products</strong> aligned to a Customer 360 strategy</li>\n <li>Architect end‑to‑end <strong>data ingestion patterns</strong> across Salesforce, billing systems, and operational platforms</li>\n <li>Define and design <strong>data pipelines into the Databricks Lakehouse</strong> running on AWS</li>\n <li>Establish and enforce <strong>system of record and system of truth</strong> standards to reduce redundancy and improve trust</li>\n <li>Assess and evolve <strong>data models</strong> within operational databases to support new customer domains</li>\n <li>Balance normalized data storage with <strong>performance‑optimized access patterns</strong> for real‑time and analytics use cases</li>\n <li>Ensure <strong>data quality, lineage, and governance compliance</strong> across all data flows</li>\n <li>Collaborate with database engineers to transition architecture designs into implementation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills & Experience You Should Possess</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>7+ years of experience in <strong>data architecture or data warehouse design</strong></li>\n <li>Strong expertise in <strong>Databricks Lakehouse architecture</strong></li>\n <li>Hands‑on experience with <strong>AWS data services</strong> (Aurora, S3, integrations)</li>\n <li>Experience integrating <strong>SaaS platforms</strong>, especially Salesforce CRM</li>\n <li>Deep understanding of <strong>data modeling</strong>, data movement, and access patterns</li>\n <li>Proven ability to define and enforce <strong>data governance, lineage, and quality standards</strong></li>\n <li>Experience working across <strong>hybrid cloud and on‑premise environments</strong></li>\n <li>Strong communication, collaboration, documentation, and architectural leadership skills</li>\n <li>Proven ability to work effectively within dynamic team structures and motivated to collectively deliver high value to the organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus Points If You Have</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting <strong>Customer Information Systems (CIS)</strong> modernization</li>\n <li>Exposure to <strong>enterprise data fabric</strong> or mesh architectures</li>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>AI/ML data enablement</strong> use case</li>\n <li>Experience building integration with Salesforce and/or SAP</li>\n <li>Utility or regulated‑industry experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education & Certifications You Need</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li>\n <li>Cloud or Databricks or AI certifications are a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p>At Trissential, we believe in flexibility, transparency, and rewarding expertise.
