At AmplifyBio drug developers will find an innovation-rich ecosystem designed to advance a diverse range and class of pharmaceutical products across development stages.</p><p><strong>Amplify</strong><strong>Bio</strong> is seeking to hire an <strong><em>Associate/Director, Supply Chain</em></strong> to join our growing team!!!</p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Director/AD to lead the supply chain operations at <strong>AmplifyBio&rsquo;s Manufacturing Enablement Center (AMEC)</strong> located in New Albany, OH. This critical role involves overseeing the end-to-end supply chain activities to support the production and delivery of advanced therapies. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in pharmaceutical supply chain management, particularly in the context of cell and gene therapies, and will play a key role in shaping the operational success of our organization.</p><p><strong><u>What You&rsquo;ll Do Here:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to support the timely and efficient delivery of cell and gene therapy products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and project management teams, to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities.</li><li>Manage procurement activities, including sourcing raw materials, consumables, and equipment required for cell and gene therapy manufacturing.</li><li>Optimize inventory management practices to ensure adequate supply levels while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to secure high-quality materials and services on time and within budget.</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust supply chain processes and systems that support the scalability and sustainability of our CDMO operations.</li><li>Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize resource utilization.</li><li>Drive data-driven decision-making by developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies and adherence to financial targets.</li><li>Utilize experience in facility startup to lead supply chain readiness efforts for new manufacturing facilities, ensuring seamless integration of supply chain operations.</li></ul><p><strong><u>We Would Love to Hear from You If:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in business, Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with specific experience in cell and gene therapy preferred.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of GMP/ICH regulations and quality standards relevant to cell and gene therapy manufacturing.</li><li>Experience in facility startup within the biotech or pharmaceutical sector, with a demonstrated ability to lead supply chain readiness activities.</li><li>Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to supply chain optimization.</li><li>Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and experience implementing digital solutions for supply chain optimization.</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.</li><li>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Occasional travel may be required to supplier sites, client locations, or industry events.</li></ul><p>At <strong>AmplifyBio</strong>, we&#39;re committed to growing and empowering an inclusive community within our company and industry.
