    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>\n<p>Rug Doctor is hiring a <strong>full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:30p</strong>, <strong>Shipping and Receiving Clerk</strong> responsible for the distribution and receiving of Rug Doctor machines and products at our <strong>Fenton, MO</strong> facility.</p>\n<p>We are looking for candidates like you that like to work independently, have a successful record of accomplishment, and can self-manage their productivity in a fast-paced environment. If this position fits you, we want to hear from you!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pulls stock and assembles merchandise and boxes new equipment for shipment from work orders and marks with product identification and consignee’s address.</li>\n <li>Assures accuracy of shipment quantity and description to order specifications.</li>\n <li>Stores merchandise, supplies, equipment in a safe orderly manner using appropriate handling methods for protection and disbursements and stock locations.</li>\n <li>Follows all written departmental processes.</li>\n <li>May operate material handling equipment, including forklift which would require the ability to become forklift certified under the Forklift Policy and Procedures guidelines.</li>\n <li>Participating actively in lean activities, including 5S and continuous improvement activities.</li>\n <li>Loads and unloads trucks and containers.</li>\n <li>Pick, pack and stack orders.</li>\n <li>Participating in inventory cycle counts.</li>\n <li>Handle miscellaneous related duties and assignments as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills/Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to become forklift certified under the Company Forklift Certification Policy.</li>\n <li>Basic math and Microsoft Office skills, JD Edwards (a plus).</li>\n <li>Organizational skills with attention to accuracy.</li>\n <li>Detail oriented with good basic mathematical aptitude and memory retention.</li>\n <li>Ability to work well under limited supervision.</li>\n <li>Organizational skills with attention to thoroughness and accuracy with good communication, written and verbal skills.</li>\n <li>Self-motivation and a positive attitude, with the ability to work well with others in a high-pressure environment.</li>\n <li>Good attendance with ability to work as scheduled and work overtime as needed</li>\n <li>Loading dock experience helpful.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform all duties safely & use discretion to prevent injuries.</li>\n</ul>",
