If you want to grow your career in a progressive, team-oriented environment, apply today.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The Coeur Rochester mine located in Nevada, just 30 miles northwest of Lovelock, NV is seeking a <strong>Process Supervisor</strong> to join the team.&nbsp;</p><p><u>Responsibilities&nbsp;</u></p><ul><li>Conduct efficient and effective MOS Communication meetings daily to monitor key KPI&rsquo;s that follow Coeur Mining Inc. guidelines and requirements.</li><li>Manage and coordinate the operation of the leach pads and process plant to meet and exceed budgeted throughput, grades, recoveries, and product quality.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental policies and procedures and relevant regulations and permitting requirements.</li><li>Report safety, environmental and production variances to management in a timely manner.</li><li>Promote a culture of excellence with respect to environmental stewardship and safety compliance to be consistent with company sustainability policies and procedures.</li><li>Provide training and mentoring to process lead person to manage employees, process targets, and compliance responsibilities.</li><li>Accurately complete and manage all required reports.</li><li>Successfully collaborate with all departments in ensuring all safety, environmental and production needs are met and/or exceeded.</li><li>Develop and execute performance goals and development plans for each direct report in line with the direction and values of Coeur Rochester.</li><li>Ensure the weekly job plan is executed as laid out by the Process General Supervisor.</li><li>Ensure that each employee and/or contractor maintains a safe working environment by conducting Leadership in the Field safety audits, completing FLRA inspections, safety meetings and completing daily field checks.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Requirements:</u></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Approximately 5-7 years of processing experience in a mining or heavy industrial setting preferred.</li><li>Approximately 3-5 years of leadership/supervisory experience preferred.</li><li>Able to operate computers, and other technical instruments as necessary.</li><li>Proficiency in GoCanvas use and data entry.</li><li>Proficiency in Oracle or similar purchasing, procurement, and maintenance software.</li><li>Proficiency in Intelex use for safety and environmental reporting.</li><li>Proficiency in Simply Works timekeeping software.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Additional Information:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Rotating Shifts: 5 Days On, 4 Days Off / 4 Days On, 5 Days Off (12-hour shifts)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Quarterly bonus up to $4,100 (up to $16,400 annually)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Relocation available for certain positions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Full benefits on day 1 (medical, vision, dental, employee assistance program, Teladoc service)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">6% dollar-for-dollar employer match to 401k or Roth, immediate vesting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Flexible schedule</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bus service from Lovelock, Fallon, and Winnemucca</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Travel pay for those outside of bus service</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>It is the policy of Coeur Mining, Inc. and its direct and indirect United States subsidiaries (the &ldquo;Company&rdquo;) to provide equal opportunity employment to all Employees and applicants for employment.
