Provide superior customer service to customers during the order fulfillment process Engage internal and external resources, including technology partners, to develop IT solutions to meet customer needs. Listen attentively and respond effectively to customers to meet their needs and address concerns. Engage appropriate company resources to provide appropriate pricing for customers while maintaining maximum profit margin and ensure accuracy of information based on proposed solution. Demonstrate skillful negotiation with customers and key stakeholders across organizations. Successfully overcome customer's objections and close sales Attend internal and external training to keep apprised of the most up to date and state of the art technology solutions. Act as a support resource for day-to-day transactions to allow the Account Manager the time and opportunity to expand their business. Minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution. Prepare quotes and RFPs Independently plan and organize your daily work schedule and activities. This position works in person at our Rockville, MD office Min USD $20.19/Hr. Max USD $25.48/Hr. Qualifications Requirements: Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Technology preferred Prior sales experience strongly preferred Strong ability to build relationships and foster account growth Must be able to work independently to develop sales opportunities Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
