Position Overview The Sr. Business Operations Lead serves as a strategic operator and execution partner to the VP of Business Support, driving alignment, governance, and performance across Finance, Procurement, Project Controls, Legal, and Commercial within a rapidly scaling, greenfield CDMO environment. Experience in finance, strategic planning, or business analysis 8+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, operations, or strategy. Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and establishing governance and performance management frameworks. Experience with FP&A, capital planning, or business case development Preferred Requirements / Certifications Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry experience Experience in biopharma, CDMO, manufacturing, or other capital-intensive environments. Prior experience in greenfield startup or large-scale transformation settings. Exposure to capital project delivery, project controls, or construction-to-operations transitions. Familiarity with commercial operations, pricing, and contract structuring. PMP or equivalent program/project management certification. Lean/Six Sigma, Prosci, or similar transformation/change certifications. Finance-related certifications (e.g., CFA Level I) a plus.
