    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Job Summary:</u></strong></p><p>The Fire Warehouse Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient reprocessing of fire extinguishers in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, primarily <strong>NFPA 10</strong>, while maintaining full control of warehouse inventory, asset tracking, and technician support readiness.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Supervisory Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Directly manages a team of employees</li><li><br></li></ul><p><strong><u>Essential Job Functions:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Oversee recharge, 6-year maintenance, hydrostatic testing, valve replacement, and O-ring servicing.</li><li>Maintain accurate real-time inventory and logs</li><li>Maintains hydrostatic test equipment calibration</li><li>Train warehouse technicians daily operations</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Experience &amp; Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Leadership of supervisory experience preferred</li><li>3-5 years of experience in fire extinguisher service&nbsp;</li><li>Experience managing inventory systems</li><li>Texas Fire Extinguisher License (R or B preferred)</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, walking, and talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings and working on a computer.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.</li><li>Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and travel when needed</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>We are an equal opportunity employer that welcomes and encourages diversity in the workplace.
