      "content": "<h3>Required</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.</li>\n<li>7+ years of progressive supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment.</li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of leadership experience supervising buyers, planners, or similar supply chain professionals.</li>\n<li>Experience managing procurement, inventory planning, and supplier relationships in industrial manufacturing.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, IFS, or similar platforms.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success improving inventory performance while maintaining material availability.</li>\n<li>Experience developing supplier performance programs and managing corrective action initiatives.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.</li>\n\n<h3>Preferred</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, C.P.M., or related certifications.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting electrical, electromechanical, or industrial equipment manufacturing.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of supplier qualification processes and industry compliance standards.</li>\n<li>Experience with commodity management, sourcing strategies, and inventory optimization programs.</li>\n<li>Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.</li>\n<li>Experience managing domestic and international suppliers.</li>\n</ul></ul>"
