This is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">fast-track leadership development program</span> designed for top graduates who want to build a meaningful career at the intersection of fintech, blockchain, and global payments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a Management Trainee, you will complete <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">four core rotations</span>, gaining hands-on experience and cross-functional expertise in:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Service Operations</span>– Understand user pain points, optimize support workflows, manage ticket escalations, and improve customer satisfaction metrics in a fast-paced crypto payment environment.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Risk &amp; Compliance</span>– Strengthen fraud prevention, AML/KYC processes, and operational resilience. Learn to balance regulatory requirements with seamless user experience in a regulated fintech setting.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Marketing</span>– Engage in social media marketing, influencer and partner growth, event management, and more. Contribute to brand positioning, content strategy, performance marketing, and go-to-market plans for new products.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Intelligence</span>– Drive data-driven strategy through advanced analytics, dashboard building, market research, and competitor analysis. Translate data into actionable insights for product and business teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rotate through four core functions (Customer Service Operations, Risk &amp; Compliance, Marketing, and Business Intelligence) over a structured 6–12-month period</li>\n<li>Participating in live projects that directly impact millions of users and billions in transaction volume</li>\n<li>Conduct market research, data modeling, and process optimization to support strategic decisions in each rotation</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, Product) and senior leaders</li>\n<li>Present findings, recommendations, and post-rotation impact reports to management</li>\n<li>Take ownership of small-to-medium initiatives from day one</li>\n<li>Receive structured mentorship from experienced managers and C-level executives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who We Are Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor or master’s graduates of 2025/2026 in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, social science, or related disciplines</li>\n<li>Excellent academic performance with demonstrated leadership potential</li>\n<li>Passionate about fintech, crypto, stablecoins, payments innovation, and other cutting-edge technologies</li>\n<li>Analytical, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity in a hyper-growth startup environment</li>\n<li>Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset</li>\n<li>Proficient in both English and Chinese</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive full-time compensation package (base salary + performance bonus + benefits)</li>\n<li>Structured onboarding, mentorship, and leadership training program across all four rotations</li>\n<li>Successful management trainees with outstanding performance could be offered an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Assistant Manager </span>title upon completion</li>\n<li>Clear path to a management or specialist role upon successful completion of the rotational program</li>\n</ul>",
