    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Summary&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>This role is 100% ONSITE at our Dublin, OH manufacturing facility.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>As a Data Analyst, you will help influence leaders, improve Supply Chain efficiency, support buyers, planner, production and quality departments, decrease site-wide spend, and improve customer satisfaction by deriving insights from large and diverse data sets. This will be achieved by assisting several department teams in performing analyses required to derive strategic recommendations and identifying KPIs for monitoring initiative progress, project value post implementation, Supply Chain health, factors impacting spend, and service levels. This is a critical role for supporting data analyses needed by the ICU Medical Supply organization, including Quality, Engineering, Production, Customer Excellence, Demand &amp; Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement, and Supply Chain Strategy.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><u>Analytics</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Unearth insights from large and diverse sets of data to tell compelling stories through dashboards and visualizations to guide strategic decision making.</li>\n <li>Build analytics capabilities to uncover opportunities for improving operational performance by connecting disparate data silos.</li>\n <li>Transform data into information by establishing hypotheses and utilizing data to identify root causes; employ rigorous analytical approaches, methodologies, frameworks, and technical approaches.</li>\n <li>Design layouts and develop requirements for automated Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) reports.</li>\n <li>Interpret historical, current, and projected data to identify problems, causes, and areas for which procedural or system changes are needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Communication and Influence</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner closely with various departments and teams to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.</li>\n <li>Support supply chain teams, buyers, planner, operations, engineering, quality in the development of data-driven stories to influence leaders.</li>\n <li>Synthesize analytics into easy-to-consume storylines, both visually and verbally.</li>\n <li>Deliver on short-term requests along with longer-term complex analyses and modeling.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data sorting, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting and basic analysis</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills – ability to produce actionable research findings and communicate with internal stakeholders, and external clients.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of overall supply chain flow, process, and metrics is preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives, including various levels of business users, IT department, and vendors.</li>\n <li>Results-orientated. Ability to make quality recommendations based on data.</li>\n <li>Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.</li>\n <li>Maneuver comfortably through complex policy, process, &amp; people-related organizational dynamics.</li>\n <li>Take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.</li>\n <li>Manage Ambiguity: Operate effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear.</li>\n <li>Creative problem solver and critical thinker; able to bring a solution to bear without having to be asked.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Flexibility and change-minded.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications, Education &amp; Experience&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>\n <li>Bachelors degree with specialization in statistics, computer science, data science, or another technical/quantitative field preferred.</li>\n <li>Analytical work experience with experience in extrapolating large data sets.</li>\n <li>Minimum 2+ years’ in Data Analysis</li>\n <li>Excellent MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills and capable of creating visually compelling presentations of data models/results.</li>\n <li>Oracle very strongly preferred!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This is largely a sedentary role.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.</li>\n <li>Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.</li>\n</ul>",
