You will also assist in the development and maintenance of client systems, contributing to the delivery of high-quality technical solutions. With a strong company culture, genuine opportunities for growth and progression, and zero office politics, this is the kind of opportunity that doesn’t come around often.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical support to clients by diagnosing and resolving issues, escalating when necessary, and maintaining a high level of responsiveness in a dynamic environment.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.</li>\n<li>Support multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and contributing to the development and ongoing maintenance of client solutions.</li>\n<li>Assist with onboarding new clients to Adaptiv platforms and support the technical implementation of BizTalk solutions.</li>\n<li>Conduct technical analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and apply industry best practices across all work.</li>\n<li>Promote best practice standards within the team, including educating colleagues and stakeholders where appropriate.</li>\n<li>Evaluate proposed changes to databases and products, ensuring thorough testing and validation in collaboration with team members.</li>\n<li>Participate in the on-call support roster as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A related tertiary degree or at least 2 years relevant help desk experience is required.</li>\n<li>Formal training in programming fundamentals (e.g. language semantics, best practice, patterns) would be preferred.</li>\n<li>Experience in a support environment and knowledge of service delivery methodologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Requirements</span></p>\n<p>Demonstrate experience in or an understanding of:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Windows Server based products including Windows Server 2012, 2016, IIS, MSMQ</li>\n<li>Microsoft Cloud Services - Azure and Logic Apps</li>\n<li>Microsoft SQL Server and BizTalk Server administration knowledge/experience preferred</li>\n<li>EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)</li>\n<li>XML and some XSLT</li>\n<li>HTTP protocol</li>\n<li>MuleSoft</li>\n<li>Boomi</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Personal Competencies and Attributes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills both verbal and written.</li>\n<li>Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills – demonstrates confidence, collaboration, builds rapport, and works well with all levels of the business.</li>\n<li>A strong eye for detail and excellent accuracy.</li>\n<li>Self-managing with a highly motivated and results driven approach.</li>\n<li>Sense of urgency, can-do and proactive attitude.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates resilience.</li>\n<li>Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage one’s time to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.</li>\n<li>Innovative - thinks outside the box and demonstrates a sound problem-solving mindset and analytical skills.</li>\n<li>Continuous improvement mindset.</li>\n<li>Flexible and adaptable.</li>\n<li>Total and complete professionalism.</li>\n<li>Total integrity, trustworthiness and dependability.</li>\n<li>Sense of humour.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are now accepting applicants for our 2026 Graduate Programme in Auckland and Christchurch.
