Hanson International is currently seeking</strong><strong>&nbsp;a skilled Die Casting Automation &amp; Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical to maintaining production efficiency, quality standards, and process consistency in a high-performance environment.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Set up, operate, and troubleshoot die casting machines (cold chamber)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure optimal casting quality&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform routine die changes, machine maintenance, and basic repairs&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Inspect parts for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to improve processes and reduce scrap&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain accurate production and process documentation&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate and troubleshoot FANUC robots and associated automation&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with preventive maintenance and basic hydraulic/electrical troubleshooting&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of die casting experience in a manufacturing environment&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of die casting processes, tooling, and materials&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Electrical and maintenance background preferred&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hands-on experience operating and programming FANUC robots&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of alloys, shot profiles, and die temperature control&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and GD&amp;T&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to quality&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with defect troubleshooting, and process improvement&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Automation integration experience, including conveyors and end-of-arm tooling&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Forklift and/or overhead crane experience&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and molten metal safety awareness</li></ul><p><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" data-pasted=\"true\"></p><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.46.11/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><p><strong><em>BENEFITS:</em></strong></p><p>Hanson International is pleased to offer the following benefit package to our teammates:&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Medical/dental/vision insurance available on the date of hire.</li><li>Flexible spending account.</li><li>Short-term disability insurance.</li><li>Company paid life insurance.</li><li>401K with company contribution.</li><li>Paid time off.</li><li>10 Paid holidays.</li><li>Bereavement pay.</li><li>Jury duty pay.</li><li>Overtime pay after 8 hours per day.</li></ul><p>Hanson International is an equal opportunity employer.</p></div></div></div>\n",
