The ideal Field Foreman has the drive to take ownership of projects, lead by example, inspire their crew, and help push our team to the next level.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, teach, and mentor crew members to help them grow and succeed</li>\n<li>Work hands-on alongside your crew to complete projects safely and efficiently</li>\n<li>Coordinate daily jobsite activities and maintain productivity</li>\n<li>Complete required company/client documentation</li>\n<li>Manage tools, equipment, materials, and other jobsite resources</li>\n<li>Ensure assigned vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained in good working condition</li>\n<li>Promote and enforce company safety standards at all times</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and team members</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Construction experience preferred</li>\n<li>Grain system/equipment installation experience preferred</li>\n<li>Welding and fabrication experience preferred</li>\n<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability</li>\n<li>Proven leadership and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate company vehicles</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to lead by example</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to perform heavy physical labor in hot and cold environments</li>\n<li>Frequent walking, standing, lifting, climbing, reaching, and handling materials</li>\n<li>Ability to climb ladders and stairs regularly</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50+ pounds</li>\n<li>Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay based on experience</li>\n<li>Opportunities for advancement and leadership growth</li>\n<li>Home most nights on regional projects</li>\n<li>A strong team environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement</li>\n</ul>",
