Operations</strong><ul><li>Application integration, architecture, engineering, and support of in-house and vendor remote servers and storage systems.</li><li>Provide 24x7 production support of appliances and all related supporting systems.</li><li>Design, implement, and support computing systems &#8212; both physical and virtual &#8212; including configuration, maintenance, and ongoing engineering tasks.</li><li>Design, configure, and tune highly available Linux systems to meet uptime and performance SLAs.</li><li>Perform routine system administration to maintain all Linux and Virtualization servers.</li><li>Maintain OS and application patch levels across all systems using automated tooling.</li><li>Participate in deployments, upgrades, and planned maintenance windows.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by respective line managers.</li></ul><br><strong>Architecture, Automation &amp; Standardization</strong><ul><li>Recommend, design, and implement systems management and automation solutions.</li><li>Drive standardization, optimization, and automation of infrastructure systems at scale.</li><li>Assist in implementing, executing, maintaining, and documenting DR/BC and high availability procedures.</li><li>Support client application development &#8212; determining required patches, packages, permissions, and software configurations.</li><li>Coordinate with Security, Operations/Engineering, and other functional teams to maintain standards when systems are customized for client development.</li><li>Lead production support of new engineering solutions and infrastructure initiatives.</li></ul><br><strong>AI-Augmented Infrastructure Operations</strong><ul><li>Use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) to accelerate the development and review of Bash, Python, Ansible, and Terraform scripts &#8212; reducing manual effort in automation authoring.</li><li>Apply AI-powered observability and AIOps platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog AI, Moogsoft, or equivalent) for intelligent anomaly detection, predictive alerting, and automated root-cause analysis across Linux and virtual environments.</li><li>Leverage LLM-based tools to auto-generate runbooks, system documentation, post-incident reports, and DR/BC procedure guides from existing configurations and incident histories.</li><li>Use AI-assisted security scanning tools (e.g., Lacework, Wiz, or AI-enhanced SIEM) to surface misconfigurations, CVE exposure, and compliance drift across large server fleets.</li><li>Apply AI-driven log analysis tools to speed up diagnostics across high-volume syslog, kernel, and application log streams.</li><li>Critically evaluate all AI-generated scripts and configurations for correctness, security implications, and infrastructure impact before deploying to production.</li><li>Contribute to team practices around responsible AI use in infrastructure operations, including validation workflows and change-management guardrails for AI-assisted changes.</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong><br><br><strong>Core Infrastructure Skills</strong><ul><li>Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.</li><li>5&#8211;7 years of experience engineering and supporting Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Virtualization (VMware / RHEV / KVM) in large-scale environments.</li><li>Demonstrated experience with advanced configurations: high availability, SAN/NAS storage, FC switches, virtualization, and performance tuning.</li><li>Experience deploying Linux on x86 rack-mount server and blade platforms.</li><li>Experience connecting Linux systems to enterprise storage &#8212;
