This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for developing a data-driven culture, managing BI architecture, and overseeing a growing team of data professionals. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, turning complex data into clear recommendations and actionable strategies that influence company direction.<br></span><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Define and drive the strategic direction of the Business Intelligence function across the organization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing BI team, including BI Managers and data specialists.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate closely with the executive team and business leaders to translate organizational goals into measurable data insights and KPIs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee development and execution of data infrastructure, including architecture, data governance, and reporting systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure timely, accurate, and secure data access for all decision-makers through scalable dashboards and reporting mechanisms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Drive continuous innovation in BI practices, including advanced analytics, AI/ML integration, and automation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead cross-functional data initiatives such as forecasting, revenue and cost analysis, customer segmentation, and product performance evaluation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain and evolve the company’s BI tools and platforms to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Promote a culture of data literacy and ethical use of data throughout the organization.</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you will need:</span></em><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBIP, CISA, PMP, Six Sigma, INSEAD) strongly preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">8–10+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Strategy roles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 2 years in a leadership role managing managers or leading company-wide data functions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated experience in scaling BI functions in a tech or financial services environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence at C-level.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Expertise in BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik) and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong grasp of data architecture, data warehousing, and ETL processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Deep analytical thinking with a strategic mindset—able to balance business intuition with data rigor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in building data governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a business-friendly way.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Agile, collaborative, and results-oriented; capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving organization.</span></li>\n</ul>",
