It is comprised of:</span></p>\n<p><em><span>Citizens Medical Cente</span></em><span>r</span><span> - a 25 bed critical access hospital,</span></p>\n<p><em><span>Family Center for Health Care</span></em><span> - an outpatient rural health clinic,</span></p>\n<p><em><span>Prairie Senior </span></em><span>- a skilled nursing facility,</span></p>\n<p><em><span>Citizens Clubhouse</span></em><span> - an onsite childcare center that cares for children 6 weeks to school age for our workforce,</span></p>\n<p><em><span>Citizens Medical Equipment</span></em><span> - our durable medical equipment business,</span></p>\n<p><span><em>Palace Drug Store</em> - our outpatient pharmacy.</span></p>\n<p><span>We strive to be progressive, dependable and knowledgeable, while providing compassionate, evidence-based care to the residents of northwest Kansas.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Days/Hours:</span><span> Typically Monday-Friday  8AM to 4:30PM<span style=\"color: #000000\">.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Pay Range:</span><span> Dependent upon experience.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The groundskeeper will report to the Plant Operation Manager</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>What you’ll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Mow grass.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Trim and weed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Clean and paint parking lots.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in ensuring guest and co-worker safety and security by reporting any suspicious or unusual behavior or occurrence to the appropriate supervisor on duty, and informing security.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">In the course of normal duties, to observe, report, or take immediate corrective action on deficiencies, malfunctions, and untidiness.</span></li>\n<li>Complete other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>What you bring to the table:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience operating small farm tractors, riding lawn mowers and other powered and unpowered yard care equipment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintenance experience helpful.</span></li>\n<li>A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>To be successful within our organization you will need to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Be a self-starter who takes initiative, is open minded and a team player. </span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain a positive attitude with good energy. </span></li>\n<li><span>Create a positive, supportive working atmosphere.</span></li>\n<li><span>Display integrity and accountability. </span></li>\n<li><span>Accept and respond to constructive criticism and suggestions and strives for self-improvement.</span></li>\n<li><span>Adhere to organization policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span>Arrive at work on time and when scheduled.</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrate flexibility, initiative and ingenuity in performing job tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrate professional conduct and maintains professional appearance.         </span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrate behavior that reflects the image of the institution.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span>Typical Working Conditions:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Requires sitting 40% of the time to mow with riding lawn mower. Requires standing/walking 60 % of the time to do push mowing, trimming, painting of the parking lot, etc., there is considerable reaching, stooping, bending, and kneeling.
