Preferred Appearance & Detailing is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our growing team serving multiple Preferred dealerships across West Michigan.
You’ll work on dealership inventory, customer vehicles, paint corrections, ceramic coatings, and more in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Pay & Benefits Earn $16.25 – $21.25+ per hour
Production bonuses up to $375 per pay period
401(k) with company match
Health, Dental & Vision Insurance

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Full-time Monday–Friday schedule 8 am to 5 pm

Professional detailing techniques
Paint correction & polishing

Responsibilities Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors
Buff and polish
Clean windows, trim, wheels, and carpets
Maintain quality and inspection standards
Help deliver showroom-ready vehicles
Requirements Valid Driver’s License
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience is a plus, but we will train motivated individuals
