Your expertise will guide our culinary team in providing balanced and wholesome meals that support the health and vitality of those in our care. <strong>Please note this is not a remote position.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct onsite, comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents</li>\n <li>Develop and ensure the implementation of individualized nutrition care plans</li>\n <li>Collaborate with onsite interdisciplinary teams to ensure nutritional adequacy and compliance to federal, state and local regulations</li>\n <li>Assist food service director in managing costs, overseeing food preparation and service, and developing department staffing plans</li>\n <li>Educate residents, families, and staff on nutritional requirements and healthy eating habits</li>\n <li>Monitor and evaluate residents' nutritional status and make necessary adjustments to care plans</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you are committed to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals through nutrition, join our team as a Registered Dietician.
