    "description": "<p><br></p>\n<p><span>@the Grounds is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the functionality and efficiency of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and repairing equipment. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Essential Duties</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician I is responsible for the following: </span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Conduct inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Considerable experience operating hand power tools and other equipment.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Respond promptly to maintenance requests as assigned.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient operation.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Other Duties as assigned.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, rain, or cold weather for extended periods.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to stand, sit, or be in a laydown position for an extended period, up to an entire shift, depending on the task assigned.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to work in tight, confined spaces, underground, on suspended work areas, at heights that can exceed 60’ in the air.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must have and maintain a California Driver’s License (CDL) and be eligible to be insured by our insurance provider.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must maintain equipment certification, including but not limited to Forklift, Gene Lift, Boom Lift, etc.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Preferred Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Benefits</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Competitive salary and benefits package.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Comprehensive training and support from experienced team members.</span></li>\n<li><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands</span></p>\n<p>The physical demands outlined below represent the requirements for performing the essential functions of this job.
