    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>The Pro Mechanical - Scaffold General Foreman plays a critical leadership role in overseeing all scaffolding operations within the oil and gas extraction and mining sectors at Pro Mechanical, FPC. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant erection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures to support various industrial projects. The foreman will coordinate with project managers, safety officers, and scaffold crews to deliver high-quality scaffolding solutions that meet project timelines and regulatory standards. A key outcome of this role is to maintain a safe working environment while optimizing resource allocation and workflow to enhance productivity.
