    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:<span> </span></span>Remote<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Hours:<span> </span></span>Eastern time zone<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employment Type:</span><span> </span>Freelance<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duration:</span><span> </span>as/when needed</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>We are always looking for experienced WebRTC Developers to join our freelance team. </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Priority will be given to those who currently work independently as freelancers, as our projects typically require full-time commitment for a specified duration. </span></p>\n<p><span>Ideal candidates have a strong background in software architecture, AWS, and Node.js, a deep understanding of real-time communication technologies, and the ability to design and implement robust, scalable real-time solutions.</span></p>\n<p>All of our roles are client-facing, team-based roles that require working Eastern Time Zone business hours, superior communication skills, and fluent English.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Design, develop, and maintain real-time communication applications.</span></li>\n<li><span>Architect scalable and efficient software solutions for real-time communication.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.</span></li>\n<li><span>Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.</span></li>\n<li><span>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.</span></li>\n<li><span>Implement and maintain best practices for software development and architecture.</span></li>\n<li><span>Mentor and guide junior developers on the team.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li>\n<li><span>3+ years of proven experience developing real-time communication applications with WebRTC (WebSockets or other real-time communication protocols considered).</span></li>\n<li><span>5+ years of NodeJs experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Extensive experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrated expertise in software architecture and design patterns.</span></li>\n<li><span>Solid understanding of database technologies and data storage solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficient with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</span></li>\n</ul>",
