    "description": "<h2> </h2>\n<p>Weston & Sampson is currently seeking a Site Civil Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to work in one of our offices in Florida. The Project Manager must have significant experience of site civil land development processes and leading a team of site civil engineers.      </p>\n<h2> </h2>\n<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage projects, including scoping, task management, invoices and final closeout.</li>\n <li>Plans, schedules, conducts and/or coordinates detailed phases of engineering work of several large-moderate scale projects.</li>\n <li>Supervise and support the work of others and mentor junior level engineers & design technical staff.</li>\n <li>Planning, design, permitting, and construction phase skills will include the preparation of project reports, calculations, drawings, construction plans and specifications, permitting packages, and documents for inclusion in the final project deliverables.</li>\n <li>Coordination with clients, sub-consultants, regulatory agencies, and members of the public will be necessary to accomplish assigned objectives.</li>\n <li>Lead project teams on the design and delivery of site civil and facilities design, including related studies.</li>\n <li>Perform stormwater modeling, design, and analysis</li>\n <li>Review assigned and prospective project(s) to define project scope, determine work procedures/sequences and develop schedules, budgets, staffing, sub-consultant involvement, and progress billing milestones.</li>\n <li>Perform sophisticated and complicated designs and calculations in accordance with applicable design guidelines and established standards and software.</li>\n <li>Participate in construction support activities including responses to requests for information (RFIs), submittal reviews, construction site observations, and design revisions/ management of change orders, startup and commissioning and troubleshooting.</li>\n <li>Pursue new work associated with planning, design, and construction administration of a variety of site-civil projects for private and public clients as proposed project manager on competitive pursuits, including positioning, marketing strategies, proposing, participating in interviews, and negotiating contracts, to the extent required.</li>\n <li>Participate in professional organizations, technical committees and presentations to approving authorities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What you will bring:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering required, Master’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering a plus.</li>\n <li>P.E. license in Florida or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.</li>\n <li>10+ years in working with private and municipal clients in engineering or project management roles.</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication and technical skills along with project plans and presentations.</li>\n <li>Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of a project team.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated capabilities and success in managing medium to large projects on-time and within budget, multi-office projects and/or multiple projects.</li>\n <li>Established relationships with clients and regulatory agencies in your local area.</li>\n <li>Driver’s license required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-Hybrid </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Weston & Sampson is an 100% employee-owned, full-service environmental and infrastructure consulting firm made up of more than 1,000 professionals, who work together to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions for our clients.
