Through individualized programs and multiple service options, we provide a full circle of care that empowers individuals to live fulfilling lives.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Milestones – Abilities (Papillion):</span> 1:1 and small group activities including music, arts &amp; crafts, baking, and more. Hours Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Milestones – School (Papillion):</span> Serving students ages 12–20, focusing on IEP goals, vocational skills, and social development through activities and community outings. Hours Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 3:45 pm (hours may vary depending on van routes)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Milestones – Opportunities (Papillion):</span> 1:1, 2:1, and small group activities with community engagement and onsite programs. Hours 7:45 am to 3:45 pm </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Milestones – Connections (La Vista):</span> Community outings and in-house activities for individuals and staff.
