This position is responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food items, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and supporting overall deli operations. Flexibility, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are essential. Must be courteous and friendly. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Food Preparation &amp; Cooking</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare, season, cook, bake, grill, and fry food items according to company recipes and safety standards.</li>\n<li>Operate fryers, ovens, steam tables, and other kitchen equipment safely and correctly.</li>\n<li>Follow proper portioning and presentation guidelines.</li>\n<li>Assist with daily prep work, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Service &amp; Customer Interaction</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve customers at the steam table line with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service line at all times.</li>\n<li>Answer customer questions about menu items and provide recommendations when appropriate.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Dishwashing &amp; Cleaning</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wash dishes, utensils, pans, and equipment using proper sanitation procedures.</li>\n<li>Keep workstations, prep areas, and storage areas clean and orderly.</li>\n<li>Follow all sanitation, handwashing, and food-safety regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operations &amp; Teamwork</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.</li>\n<li>Check temperatures, rotate stock, and ensure proper food storage.</li>\n<li>Communicate any product shortages or equipment issues to the shift lead or manager.</li>\n<li>Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while supporting other team members as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in a deli, cafeteria, or kitchen environment preferred but not required.</li>\n<li>Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.</li>\n<li>Able to lift up to 40 lbs and handle hot equipment safely.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.</li>\n<li>Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment &amp; Schedule</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fast-paced kitchen/deli environment requiring regular standing, lifting, bending, and reaching.</li>\n<li>No nights or weekends required.
