    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Roving Maintenance Technician&nbsp;</p><p>Responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services across multiple properties, ensuring a safe and functional environment for residents.</p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairs in various properties to prepare unitsin vacant apartments. General repairs and preventive maintenance in occupied apartments</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Emergency Response: Handle emergencies during normal work hours and be on call after hours to address urgent maintenance issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of property exteriors and interiors, logging any defects and making necessary repairs.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Record Keeping: Enter daily maintenance information into property management software andmaintainaccuratemaintenance records.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their maintenance requests and concerns promptly.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Collaboration: Work cooperatively with other maintenance staff andassistthe Resident Manager, Regional Managers, and Maintenance Coordinatorswith specialprojects as needed.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><p>Transportation: Must have and maintain reliable, available transportation and valid driver&rsquo;s license.&nbsp;</p><p>Must be willing to travel as much as 60 miles one way each day.&nbsp;</p><p>Experience: Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role in facility management.</p><p> Skills: Strong mechanical knowledge, ability to troubleshoot various systems such as HVAC, household appliances, plumbing and electrical, and familiarity with maintenance management software.</p><p> Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, climbing, and lifting, as well as the ability to work in various weather conditions over the course of a normal workday.</p><p> Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with residents and team members.</p><p> Certifications: HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification is preferred, but not always required.</p><p>These qualifications ensure that the technician can effectively perform maintenance tasks and maintain a safe and healthy environment.</p><p>Pay based on experience.&nbsp;</p><p>Benefits include- Health, Dental, Vision insurance</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 401K&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Vacation/Sick time</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;STD/LTD, Life insurance&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Vehicle allowance</p></div></div>\n",
