Elevate your career by joining <strong>Nextech</strong> today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You’ll Be Doing</h2>\n<p>The Senior FP&A Analyst is to be a trusted resource and business partner to FP&A leadership the management team, and their assigned business function(s). The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by their functional leadership and executive leadership. The Senior FP&A Analyst may also be responsible for providing project teams with financial guidance and assisting with monthly close processes. This role must be able to perform a variety of financial activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. The FP&A Analyst should also have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner. The FP&A Analyst will also support company initiatives and M&A activities.</p>\n<h2>What Makes Nextech Different?</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent Health Insurance options including a FREE employee only option</li>\n <li>Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, Disability and Supplemental Life Insurance options</li>\n <li>FREE life insurance equal to your annualized pay rate</li>\n <li>401k with a 50% match up to the first 6% of your contributions</li>\n <li>7 paid Holidays</li>\n <li>2 paid Personal days</li>\n <li>10 paid Vacation days</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Min Compensation</h2>USD $90,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Max Compensation</h2>USD $110,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Reviews and analyzes financial statements and reports</li>\n <li>Support functional leader(s) as assigned with insight, forecasting and analysis</li>\n <li>Tracks KPIs and prepares financial reports</li>\n <li>Assists with budgeting and monthly close processes</li>\n <li>Understands key business drivers</li>\n <li>Assists project teams with financial guidance</li>\n <li>Develops financial projections and build financial models</li>\n <li>Performs research and analysis as required</li>\n <li>Ensures compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations</li>\n <li>Becomes a true business partner to Operations department leadership, helping them to understand and improve operational performance</li>\n <li>Other related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Expert level Excel skills, ability to build reports and models that are scalable for a high-growth organization</li>\n <li>Advanced level understanding of financial statements and how they interact with each other</li>\n <li>Advanced level knowledge of budgeting/forecasting methodologies for sales, costs, and balance sheet metrics</li>\n <li>Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment</li>\n <li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Good working knowledge of ERP systems and reporting/analysis packages like Power BI and OneStream</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, Master’s Degree preferred</li>\n <li>5+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A</li>\n <li>Experience in private equity backed Company preferred</li>\n <li>Experience and ability to model and synthesize complex financial analysis, operational, and KPI data into concise presentations and decision framework</li>\n <li>Experience supporting M&A activities preferred</li>\n <li>Proven track record of proactive actions to improve the business and support the management team</li>\n <li>Previous experience in HVAC Industry or other service business preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Continuously able to work in office environment</li>\n <li>Continuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer</li>\n <li>Continuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours</li>\n <li>Able to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the day</li>\n <li>Occasionally able to lift up to 15 lbs.</li>\n <li>Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking</li>\n <li>Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching</li>\n <li>Rarely requires climbing</li>\n <li>Ability to travel on occasion</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Other requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>May be required to use personal smartphone with a camera capable of reading a QR code for 2 factor authentication</li>\n</ul>",
