This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant loan disclosures while working closely with sales staff, loan originators, and internal teams to maintain regulatory standards and provide a smooth borrower experience.</span></p><div class=\"fr-view\"><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;line-height:normal;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><br></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Disclosure Desk Analysts should have 2&ndash;5 years of experience in mortgage compliance support and residential mortgage disclosures. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to produce quality work within established timeframes, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Encompass is preferred.
