Applicants must have a strong interest in identifying opportunities for improvement, analyzing business processes and solving challenging problems in a team and/or individual setting.</span><span> A strong desire to learn and contribute to meaningful projects is highly valued.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>What is the role?</span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Working with various departments to ensure the successful progression of projects and adherence to deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist the Project Management Office team in reviewing, organizing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely progress.</span><br></li>\n<li><br><span>Assist in creating and updating Standard Operation Procedures for various departments, fostering consistency and efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Provide documentation support, including drafting, organizing, and maintaining project records.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Deliver regular status updates to management and project committees, highlighting key milestones and addressing potential challenges,</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">About You</span></p>\n<p><span>What do you need?</span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate information and propose practical solutions/suggestions.</li>\n<li><br><span>Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.</span></li>\n<li>A collaborative mindset and ability to work well individually or part of a team.</li>\n<li><br><span>Strong communication and documentation skills</span><span>for documenting processes and presenting updates.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).</span></li>\n<li><span>Registered in a recognized university or college and working towards a degree in Business Analyst, Project Management, Marketing, Communication or related programs</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Must be returning to school for the Fall semester  <br><br></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Nice to have skills</span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Interest in global trade, international business, Freight Forwarding, and/or Canadian Customs</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Project Management</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Excellent English (written and verbal)</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span>Do our values resonate with you?
