    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading, directing, scheduling, and motivating all maintenance associates and contractors. Manages the maintenance department’s impact on safety, quality, cost, and productivity. Planning and scheduling of required inspections, calibrations, tune-ups, and tests. Manages the ordering of repair parts, maintenance supplies, special or standard equipment, and tools. for managing maintenance personnel and maintaining maintenance processes in the Tipp City Plant.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Responsible for Plant Maintenance Safety and associated programs.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Lead, manage and support the maintenance supervisors and maintenance team.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Plan, Schedule and implement all Maintenance activities for Production and Facilities.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Ensure the Plant and facility meets and complies with Company, and Government standards.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Establish, maintain and oversee plant maintenance Training matrix and the maintenance training program.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Coach, counsel and guide the maintenance team in 5S and continuous improvement strategies.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Coordinate work and provide support for contractors, vendors and service groups.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Establish, develop and sustain the plant CMM system which includes predictive and preventive maintenance.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Establish, develop and sustain the plant repair parts inventory and MRO system.</span></span></li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Maintain the maintenance budget and cost control measures.</span></span></p><p><br>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Specific Training beyond High School Diploma</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">5 to 7 years of experience in the relevant field.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Management training with maintenance skills, knowledge and ability.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Microsoft Office software, maintenance management software and spreadsheets skills</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Ability to hit&nbsp;timelines.</span></span><br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><u>About DAP</u></strong></span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">DAP is a market leading manufacturer, innovator and marketer of home repair and construction products including caulks, sealants, spray foam insulation, adhesives, and patch and repair products.
