With a commitment to trust, safety, and service excellence, we deliver tailored charter solutions and seamless travel experiences supported by a modernized fleet and nationwide reach. </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role  </span></p>\n<p>The Parts Specialist supports the Materials and Maintenance teams by handling the daily coordination, receipt, storage, and issuance of aircraft parts, tools, and consumables.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Reporting to the Parts Manager, this role ensures the accuracy, traceability, and timely availability of materials that keep our aircraft operating safely and efficiently. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inventory Control:</span> Maintain accurate stock levels in the ERP/MRP system, perform daily parts transactions, assist with cycle counts, and track part movements to ensure data accuracy. </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Receiving and Shipping: </span>Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verify documentation (8130-3, packing slips, invoices), ensure regulatory compliance, and store parts per manufacturer and FAA requirements. </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Procurement Coordination: </span>Support parts requests and purchase order processing with approved vendors, monitor order status, and communicate delivery updates to maintenance leadership. </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp; Compliance: </span>Maintain organized records of traceability, shelf-life tracking, and hazmat documentation in accordance with FAA Part 145 and company procedures. </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration: </span>Coordinate with Maintenance Control, Technicians, and the Parts Manager to ensure timely support for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in aviation parts, logistics, or materials coordination (Part 135/145 environment preferred). </li>\n<li>Familiarity with FAA documentation and certification forms (8130-3, teardown reports, trace). </li>\n<li>Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Quantum, AMOS, or similar). </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Competencies  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. </li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced maintenance operation with 4x10 or rotating schedules. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Type  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Onsite </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation And Benefits  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fully paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employee  </li>\n<li>Paid Time Off (PTO)  </li>\n<li>401k Plan w/Matching  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Jet Excellence, LLC is an equal opportunity employer that provides equal employment opportunities (EEO). </p>",
