    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Basic Function and Overview:&nbsp;</u>&nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>Vehicle Maintenance provides an outstanding experience for guests via the safe, efficient, dependable operation and maintenance of the powered equipment fleet e.g., snowcats, snowmobiles, light passenger and commercial vehicles, off/on highway vehicles, heavy equipment, generators. Vehicle maintenance employees are focused on safety, efficiency, and being approachable and courteous.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Duties include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;</em></p><ul><li>Thoroughly clean exterior and interior of automotive equipment.</li><li>Maintain the fleet of vehicles and equipment that fall under the garage&rsquo;s scope of responsibility.</li><li>Maintain equipment that includes but is not limited to snow machines, mowers, small engines, snowmaking equipment and lifts as needed.</li><li>Maintain ATVs, welders, chainsaws, pumps and other small engine type equipment.</li><li>Performs routine and preventive maintenance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for the security of vehicles, equipment, and facilities.</li><li>Note any unusual or unexplained damage to vehicles and report incidents to supervisor.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Skills and Abilities:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Extensive knowledge of all aspects of vehicle repair.</li><li>Excellent mechanical repair skills.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Education and Experience:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Vocational/technical school program or apprenticeship in auto repair or related field is preferred.</li><li>Two years of related experience preferred.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Physical Demands:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.</li><li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.</li><li>Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.</li></ul><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily- reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
