At E2, we value safety, innovation and collaboration, and we are dedicated to excellence.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Field Safety Manager</strong> to support a major natural gas compressor station project. This role will lead site safety efforts, drive compliance, and elevate field safety culture across all construction activities. This is a <strong>high-visibility, field-based role</strong> working directly with project leadership, contractors, and client representatives.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist field management with implementation of new and existing safety and training programs to meet company requirements and government regulations.</li>\n <li>Provide daily safety leadership on an active compressor station construction site.</li>\n <li>Lead JHAs, tailboards, and pre-task planning.</li>\n <li>Perform site audits, inspections, and hazard identification.</li>\n <li>Enforce compliance with OSHA, client standards, and company policies.</li>\n <li>Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.</li>\n <li>Track and report safety metrics and observations.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with multiple contractors and trades to maintain safe operations.</li>\n <li>Review and approve permits and high-risk work (confined space, hot work, lifting, etc.).</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary on-site safety point of contact.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of construction safety experience (utility, oil & gas, or heavy industrial preferred).</li>\n <li>Experience supporting natural gas facilities, pipelines, or compressor stations.</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations.</li>\n <li>Experience in live gas / active utility environments.</li>\n <li>Strong field presence and communication skills.</li>\n <li>The role is 100% on-site with no hybrid available.</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.</li>\n <li>Must possess a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.</li>\n <li>Proficient with computers, portable electronic tablets, and supporting software including Office Suite.</li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc.</strong> offers an excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off.</p>\n<h2>Wage Data Per State Requirements</h2>\n<p>Salary range for this position is $116,000 - $145,000/yr.
