The Senior Associate II, IT Field Communications role works in structured field environments, supporting voice, data, SCADA, radio, and network technologies that enable safe and reliable operations across facilities. What You’ll Do Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot communications systems supporting field operations, including voice, data, SCADA, video, microwave, and satellite equipment. Perform testing, monitoring, fault isolation, and corrective actions using established procedures, escalating issues when appropriate. Support infrastructure and network operations through incident logging, systems monitoring, disaster recovery activities, and routine maintenance. Assist with communications projects by coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and effective execution. Contribute to continuous improvement of communications systems, processes, and operational practices. What You’ll Bring – Required Legally authorized to work in the job posting country High School Diploma or GED equivalent 5 or more years of experience in operational or technical systems in a field or plant environment Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting communications or IT field systems Intermediate proficiency of telephony, radio frequency (RF), analog and digital data communications Willing and able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC). Information can be found at  https://www.tsa.gov/for-industry/twic Must be willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to comply with the following: Travel up to 50% Operate company vehicle on site premises and/or public roads up to 50% Occasional on-call duties Work extended hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, and perform occasional duties Transport articles up to 50 pounds Climb ladders and stairs up to 200 feet Work safely near large, hot, high-speed machines, around chemicals and hydrocarbons under high pressure and heat, and in harsh weather conditions Wear fire retardant clothing and personal protective equipment Maintain face daily for proper respirator/face mask seal. (some examples include being free of facial hair and/or clean shaven) What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred 10 or more years operational or technical systems in a field or plant environment FCC license or similar technical certification Experience with radio frequency propagation, microwave systems, and satellite communications Experience supporting SCADA or operational technology environments Exposure to network monitoring, testing, and incident management practices Prior experience coordinating with third-party vendors and contractors on technical projects Ability to work safely in field environments, including RF systems and tower-related activities Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Compensation Range This position has a base salary range of $85,700 – $104,720.
