    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>NOV is looking for a motivated technician to test, troubleshoot and repair all electronic and electro-mechanical rig surface equipment. Perform maintenance requirements on equipment set up and maintain all required repair records.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<p>•Test equipment for the purpose of fault detection, identify failure criteria and discrepancies with all equipment.</p>\n<p>•Troubleshoot electronic devices and circuits to component level.</p>\n<p>•Reliably repair all equipment to spec. Read and understand engineering documentation.</p>\n<p>•Work with and understand circuit flow.</p>\n<p>•Work with AC and DC voltage, mA to A currents, data signals.</p>\n<p>•Must have strong understanding of computer processes, diagnostics, work with BIOS, installing programs.</p>\n<p>•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.</p>\n<p>•Able to log, track and coordinate electronic data.</p>\n<p>•Able to use electronic test equipment.</p>\n<p>•Strong mechanical understanding</p>\n<p>•Able to assemble and disassemble all types of equipment.</p>\n<p>•Must be able to lift 25 lbs.</p>\n<p>•Able to clean and paint equipment to include pressure washing, hand scrubbing and use of spray paint</p>\n<p>•Motivated, self-driven to accomplish goals</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<p>•Associate’s Degree in Electronics /or technical degree with 3 years of working experience</p>\n<p>•Proven background in Electronic Repair</p>\n<p>•Self Starter that hits the ground running</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
