This is an exciting time to be joining as we upgrade our technology and prepare to move to a brand-new state-of-the-art facility in Benbrook, Texas.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION: FORKLIFT OPERATOR</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Our Forklift Operators play a critical role in both inbound and outbound operations by safely operating lifts including stand-up/sit-down forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Inbound (Receiving &amp; Put-Away)</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Unload inbound trailers using forklifts or pallet jacks</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Inspect and verify incoming product quantities and conditions</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Label and scan inventory using Handheld Scanners</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Transport pallets to designated put-away locations</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Safely place goods in racking using reach or sit-down forklifts</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Outbound (Replenishment, Picking, Packing &amp; Shipping)</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Perform inventory replenishment, moving inventory from the overstock bins to pick bins</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Stage completed store orders</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Load outbound trucks per loading plans</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Forklift Specific Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Operate forklifts and other lift equipment per OSHA standards</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Conduct daily forklift inspections</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Navigate tight aisles and racking safely</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Stack and maneuver pallets at varying heights</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Follow all equipment and safety protocols</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Quality Control&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Check for damage or labeling issues</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; High school Diploma/GED preferred</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Valid forklift certification&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; 3 years of lift operator experience</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Ability to operate equipment safely at heights</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Experience using WMS and Handheld Scanners</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Attention to detail and strong work ethic</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull;
