    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with maintaining landscaping tools, equipment, and materials</li>\n<li>Support team members in completing landscaping and groundskeeping tasks safely and on time</li>\n<li>Help maintain clean, tidy, and well-presented outdoor areas across all properties</li>\n<li>Perform basic landscaping duties such as mowing lawns, trimming edges, watering plants, raking leaves, and removing debris</li>\n<li>Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as directed by the supervisor</li>\n<li>Help monitor irrigation systems and report leaks or faults to management</li>\n<li>Identify and report any visible issues with grounds, pathways, or outdoor areas</li>\n<li>Support minor outdoor repairs (e.g., fences, irrigation hoses) under supervision</li>\n<li>Assist contractors and team members working in outdoor areas, as directed</li>\n<li>Help with event setup in outdoor spaces when required</li>\n<li>Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment appropriately</li>\n<li>Keep simple records of completed daily tasks as instructed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Specific Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform daily checks of assigned outdoor areas to ensure cleanliness and safety</li>\n<li>Assist with organizing and storing landscaping tools and supplies</li>\n<li>Help collect and transport materials from suppliers or on-site storage</li>\n<li>Support planting schedules and seasonal landscaping activities</li>\n<li>Assist with maintaining plant health by watering, applying fertilizer, and removing weeds</li>\n<li>Follow instructions from supervisors regarding work priorities and assignments</li>\n<li>Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, storage spaces, and grounds</li>\n<li>Work alongside the maintenance team and assist in general duties when required</li>\n<li>Participate in basic safety checks of tools and equipment before use</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Schedule &amp; Hours:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standard workweek: 45 hours per week</li>\n<li>Estimated monthly hours: approximately 195 hours per month (based on a 45-hour workweek)</li>\n<li>Must be flexible with working hours based on operational needs</li>\n<li>Required to be on call as needed</li>\n<li>Ability to work after-hours, weekends, overnight shifts, and extended hours during emergencies</li>\n<li>Availability required during severe weather events, including storms and hurricanes, to support property protection and clean-up efforts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials (up to 50 lbs)</li>\n<li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and rain</li>\n<li>Ability to use basic landscaping tools and equipment safely (training provided)</li>\n<li>Good coordination and ability to follow instructions carefully</li>\n<li>Stamina to complete repetitive tasks such as mowing, raking, and trimming</li>\n<li>Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Competencies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Willingness to learn and take direction</li>\n<li>Reliable and punctual</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and positive attitude</li>\n<li>Ability to work as part of a team</li>\n<li>Basic communication skills</li>\n<li>Attention to detail in maintaining clean and attractive grounds</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 years of landscaping experience required; on-the-job training will be provided</li>\n<li>Basic education (secondary school level preferred)</li>\n<li>Interest in outdoor work and landscaping is an asset</li>\n<li>Valid Cayman Islands Driver’s License required</li>\n<li>Group 4 Driver’s License and/or forklift operation experience is an asset</li>\n</ul>",
