    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Overview</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking a Java / Full Stack Engineer with experience (or strong interest) in mortgage and fintech platforms to build and enhance scalable, secure, and compliant digital lending solutions. This role will focus on developing end-to-end systems that support loan origination, servicing, portfolio management, and financial data workflows.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will collaborate with product, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, borrower experience, and regulatory alignment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>- Design, develop, enhance and maintain full stack applications supporting mortgage and lending workflows (e.g., LOS, POS, servicing systems)</p>\n<p>- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</p>\n<p>- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for loan processing, underwriting, pricing, and document management</p>\n<p>- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces for borrower and internal user experiences</p>\n<p>- Write unit, integration and component tests; improve rest coverage and reliability</p>\n<p>- Work with structured and unstructured financial data, including loan files, documents, and blockchain-based assets (if applicable)</p>\n<p>- Optimize performance and scalability for high-volume transaction processing</p>\n<p>- Participate in architecture discussions around cloud-native and API-first platforms</p>\n<p>- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to enable rapid, reliable deployments</p>\n<p>- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and uptime</p>\n<p>- Contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)</p>\n<p>- 3–7+ years of experience in full stack software development</p>\n<p>- Strong proficiency in Java (Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or similar frameworks)</p>\n<p>- Experience building API-driven, microservices-based systems (REST/SOAP)</p>\n<p>- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js</p>\n<p>- Familiarity with ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA.</p>\n<p>- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL</p>\n<p>- Familiarity with secure application development and data protection practices</p>\n<p>- Experience with Git and modern development workflows</p>\n<p>- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p>\n<p>- Understanding of software development lifecycle(SDLC), and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>- Experience in mortgage, lending, or fintech platforms (LOS, POS, servicing, capital markets)</p>\n<p>- Knowledge of mortgage lifecycle: origination → underwriting → closing → servicing → secondary market</p>\n<p>- Experience integrating with credit agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion)</p>\n<p>- Experience integrating AUS systems (Desktop Underwriter, Loan Product Advisor)</p>\n<p>- Familiarity with MISMO standards and mortgage data formats</p>\n<p>- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</p>\n<p>- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)</p>\n<p>- Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)</p>\n<p>- Exposure to blockchain-based loan or asset management platforms</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Skills</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>- Strong understanding of financial systems, transactions, and data integrity</p>\n<p>- Ability to balance speed of delivery with regulatory compliance</p>\n<p>- Analytical thinking with attention to detail in complex workflows</p>\n<p>- Strong collaboration with business, compliance, and product teams</p>\n<p>- Ability to work in fast-paced, highly regulated environments</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Nice-to-Have</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>- Experience with AI-driven underwriting, document processing, or automation</p>\n<p>- Familiarity with loan analytics, pricing models, or risk modeling</p>\n<p>- Prior work in digital mortgage transformation initiatives</p>\n<p>- Experience with API marketplaces or embedded finance platforms</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>- Opportunity to work on next-generation mortgage and fintech platforms</p>\n<p>- Exposure to cutting-edge technologies including AI, automation, and blockchain</p>\n<p>- Collaborative environment with strong business and technical alignment</p>\n<p>- Competitive compensation and growth opportunities</p>",
